Mammoth Lakes has so much to offer in the winter whether you like to ski or not. Snowshoeing is a great way to take in Mammoth’s beauty in the winter.

Except for fee areas like Mammoth Mountain, you can snowshoe pretty much anywhere in the Mammoth area. Explore your favorite summer trails in the winter on snowshoes with friends, with the whole family, or on your own. No lesson is needed to learn how to snowshoe — you can grab snowshoes and head out for the day and have a great time.

Snowshoe Rental Pricing

We rent unisex snowshoes for adults and kids for $22/day and $16/half day. Poles are $6 and are usually recommended but this depends where you plan to venture to. Visit the shop to rent snowshoes.
